Our mission
Inspiring women to see rest as a way to unlock creativity & gain sustainable energy
Creating a sense of ease & connection is at the heart of everything we do
By encouraging an environment of listening, equity and community, we aim to empower others through our classes, retreats, and workshops, helping them rediscover their innate creativity and wisdom.
Our true motivation lies in helping others feel they belong and are part of something greater – a true sangha, the heart of yoga philosophy. We embrace our profound connection to the Earth and her cycles, recognising that we are cyclical beings whose rhythms align with the seasons.
Meet our founder, Emma Graham
My journey
Throughout my life, I've observed how society’s relentless drive for productivity is often at the expense of our well-being, especially for women.
My path began at university studying Business & Women's Studies, where I first understood the inequities in women’s health. From there, I began my journey of discovery, training in yoga, aromatherapy and holistic practices that honoured the body's wisdom over societal expectations.
In my 30-year long journey and working in various corporate settings, I've seen first-hand how constant striving and pushing through can lead to stress, burnout and disconnection from our bodies. This disconnection is not just personal but cultural; rooted in a patriarchal system that values productivity over self-care. I've found healing in slowing down, listening to my body, and living in alignment with my menstrual cycle and the natural rhythms of the Earth.
Now I’m here to help you do the same! I’m passionate about helping others find their own path to wellness by reconnecting with their bodies and reclaiming their right to rest.
My approach
My approach is rooted in the belief that women need to live and work in a way that honours their cyclical nature rather than conforming to a society designed for linear productivity.
The culture of striving and constant optimisation has created a disconnect not only from our own bodies but also from the rhythms of nature. Through yoga nidra, mindfulness and somatic practices, I guide others in breaking free from cycles of burnout and stress.
I focus on helping women reconnect with their innate wisdom and live in harmony with their bodies' natural rhythms. This is especially vital as we navigate transitions like menopause, where our need for rest and self-compassion becomes even more profound. Through this work, I aim to give women permission to rest, to slow down, and to reconnect with their true selves.
Together, we can challenge the norms that disconnect us from our bodies and reclaim our natural rhythms for a more balanced, fulfilling life. In doing so, we can rediscover our purpose and create a life that feels aligned with who we truly are.
The journey towards well-being isn't just personal – it's a quiet act of rebellion against a system that often asks too much of us.
Qualifications
Daily rituals & things I love
I'm so lucky that in the town I live in (Clevedon, North Somerset), I am able to swim all year round, connect with nature, dance, support our fantastic local businesses and practice yoga at a local hall.
I have a daily formal & informal mindfulness and yoga practice aligned to my needs that day. I use simple breath and earthing practices throughout my day to keep me grounded and energised.
